There are two ways of receiving technical support direct from factory online access; both require contacting UPT to schedule the event prior to the support session.
For liability reasons, we require an operator to be available at the machine control during the session. Troubleshooting, changes and upgrades can typically be made to the HMI and the PLC. There are special circumstances that will also allow us to identify other electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues and direct your maintenance personnel to those issues.
